frequently asked questions
We provide complete 2D and 3D animation services, including explainer videos, product animations, cinematic visuals, and social media content.
Yes, we work on both 2D and 3D animation projects. Along with animation, we also handle live-action post-production work such as chroma key (green screen), roto, tracking, compositing, and color correction.
Our process is simple, transparent, and collaborative.
We start with the script. If we feel something can be improved or added from a marketing or storytelling point of view, we discuss those ideas with the client first. Once everything is finalized, we move to storyboarding and character or asset design.
After the storyboard is ready, we share it with the client to confirm frames, direction, camera angles, and shot choices. Then we create animatics, which give a clearer idea of timing and flow before full animation starts.
Once assets and characters are finalized, we begin 3D modeling of characters, environments, and props. We first share grayscale previews for approval, then move to texturing to achieve the final look. After that, characters are rigged and sent into animation.
We share a grayscale animation preview to review movement and direction. Once approved, we proceed to the final stage: lighting, rendering, compositing, editing, and final delivery.
We usually need a script (or a rough idea), visual or video references if available, and a clear understanding of what the client wants to achieve with the video. Client ideas and suggestions are always welcome.
Timelines depend on the project scope and the clientβs deadline. We have flexible pipelines that allow us to work faster or take more time when needed. However, quality always depends on the level of time and investment.
We also involve marketing and sales perspectives during production to ensure the video creates real impact, not just good visuals. Our work and our name both go with the client, so we treat every project as our own.
Yes, we can handle both standard and urgent deliveries depending on the project requirements.
Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, duration, and style of the project. Every project is evaluated separately to ensure fair pricing.
Yes, we require an advance payment. In some cases, if we find the project exciting and suitable, we may offer a storyboard from our side to help the client feel confident before moving forward.
Our structured pipeline usually minimizes the need for revisions. However, we generally offer 2β3 revision rounds to ensure client satisfaction.
If everything is approved step by step and major changes are requested at the final stage (such as changing characters or environments after animation has started), additional costs may apply because the work has to be redone.
That said, if the client has been cooperative and supportive throughout the project, we always try our best to accommodate changes without extra charges where possible.
You will be in direct contact with a dedicated project manager who will provide regular updates and keep you informed about the current project stage.
